Yoga for Men 2 - starts Monday 4th November


Another yoga course designed for men will be starting soon and runs for 7 weeks from 4th November.

Over the years I have been teaching yoga, an ever increasing number of men are discovering that yoga is a powerful tool for enhancing their physical and mental well-being. That's why I am excited to launch a new "Yoga for Men" class, designed specifically to cater to the unique needs and goals of male practitioners. It will be running as a 7 week course beginning on 4 November 2024.


Breaking the Stereotypes


For too long, yoga has been misunderstood as a gentle, stretching-only practice that doesn't align with traditional male fitness goals. However, nothing could be further from the truth. Yoga will challenge your strength, improve your flexibility, sharpen your mental focus and teach you to relax and rest when you need it. These are all key components of a well-rounded lifestyle. You will move better, sleep better and generally feel better.
