Small Group Yoga Classes
Be Happy Yoga offers a welcoming space for everybody to practice yoga.
A wide range of small group yoga classes run throughout the week, including vinyasa flow, hatha, yoga pilates fusion and restorative yoga. In addition you can book a one to one class or come for individual yoga therapy.
My studio was created with the belief that there's no such thing as a 'yoga body'. Yoga is a practice that benefits everyone and is for every body.
In person classes for up to 8 people are held in a fully equipped, modern garden studio with the additional option to join online. Beginners are always welcome to try any yoga class.
During the summer months, classes are held outside, in my private garden
Teens are welcome to attend with a parent initially and can then join group adult classes by arrangement.
